In order to enrich the campus cultural life, further create a favorable atmosphere of campus mathematics culture, enhance students' interest in learning mathematics and boost their confidence in mastering mathematics, the Primary School Department held a series of activities during the 'Mathematics Culture Week' from March 9th to 13th, aiming to showcase the charm of mathematics culture, bring joy and wisdom to students, and ignite a craze for playing with, learning and applying mathematics.
To start with, the garden party was mainly characterized by its fun and interactivity, featuring six math mini-games: Sudoku Challenge, Math Riddles, Time Master, Math Wheel, Somoku, and Spot the Difference, during which students could choose their own games to challenge and earn points to exchange for their favorite small prizes.
Moreover, the competition site was quiet, focused, tense and orderly. Here, numbers were no longer simple symbols, but keys to wisdom, unlocking the door to thinking!
Last but not the least, on the stage of the mathematics competition, students demonstrated their wisdom and charm by using the Rubik's Cube. Moreover, in the capacity of 'little teachers', they confidently shared knowledge and jointly explored the infinite possibilities of mathematics.
To summarize, the Math Culture Week has cultivated students' serious and rigorous learning attitude, enhancing their interest in learning mathematics. In the meantime, it has also fostered students' good sense of competition, fully demonstrating the passionate campus cultural life of our school!
